冬吃莲藕好处多 推荐两款食疗方

莲藕是常用食材之一。李时珍在《本草纲目》中称藕“医家取为服食,百病可却”,可见莲藕的食疗功效之大。

  广州医科大学附属中医医院同德围分院妇科禹安琪副主任介绍,莲藕既可生用也可熟食,生用可清热、凉血、散瘀,熟用有健脾开胃、益血生肌的功效。她给大家推荐了两款食疗方:

  1.冰糖炖莲藕

  原料:莲藕150克,冰糖10克

  做法:莲藕带节,洗净后切薄片,与冰糖一同放入炖盅,隔水慢炖1个钟即可服用。

  功效:补益脾胃,益血止血。适用于口鼻出血、产后止血等。

  2.莲藕排骨汤

  原料:莲藕2节,猪脊骨500克

  做法:猪脊骨洗净切段,飞水待用;莲藕洗净,滚刀切块,姜3片,一同置于汤锅,放清水没过原料,武火煮开后改文火煲一个钟,待肉熟藕粉,加盐调味即可服用。

  功效:补中益气、健骨生肌。主补五脏、消食止泻。

  温馨提示:脾胃虚胃寒者、易泄泻者不宜食用生藕。忌用铁器烹饪莲藕。
